“Fitness and health is my first priority, and I treat my clients like that. I consider myself a wellness and lifestyle coach, and that spectrum goes further than the gym. It’s what’s on your plate, how well you sleep, your emotional health and space your mind holds. I try to be a support element to all of that.”
Based out of California with a course of a ten-plus year career as a surfer, skier (and even model), Dylan has learned the way a lot of us do; by following others who do things the right way in terms of dieting and working out. Having traveled the world and winning countless awards he started Fysiologik where he has trained professional athletes, recovery patients who were once in acute care and even some A-list celebrities! The diversity of his clients alone shows that anyone can make the change, not just someone overweight.
His outlook is consistent! A person can spend seven minutes a day, do 50 burpees and be solid. You can even do a four-minute Tabata circuit, the time argument only has so much weight to it. It’s more about commitment. Also, finding a gym or trainer that allows you to feel comfortable. There can be a lot of ego and insecurity when we starting talking about our bodies and, ultimately, fitness. One last thing; pain and soreness isn’t the barometer of growth. Recovery and feeling good should be the barometer.

Liila Yerro was born in Los Angeles, California. She was raised vegetarian and was taught the principals of yoga and meditation. Growing up, many yoga monks and nuns from all over the world stayed with her and her family. This exposed Liila to their traditional foods from their countries. It is from this exposure to diverse foods, that expanded and inspired her love of cooking.
Liila also grew up feeding the homeless in downtown Los Angeles. This experience cultivated the sentiment and understanding of what a meal can bring to the table and the importance of service to humanity. She continues to educate and strives to put her principles of service to humanity and health for all, at the forefront of all her projects. She has recently ventured into the market of meal prep services. Liila's ideology of sustainability focuses on building a healthy local community and addressing the issue of food deserts around surrounding areas of Los Angeles.
“First met Ashley when I was pregnant with my second baby in 2013, and it was so amazing to experience her healing and cathartic prenatal massages. before meeting Ashley, prenatal massages hardly seemed worth the time and money spent, but her massages were always incredibly restorative and relaxing. My own experience has shown me that massage therapists often treat pregnant women too delicately. Thankfully, Ashley had the confidence to give me the strong yet safe massages my body was needing. It's not an exaggeration to say that I depended on her for my physical and mental well-being during my last two pregnancies. I knew that after my sessions with Ashley, I would feel more energized, centered, and vibrant-and this vital energy was so important for my growing babies.”

I can honestly say Ashley is the best, and I highly recommend her!"
“I've known Ashley a couple of years now and not only is she an incredibly talented body worker but she's a wonderful person too!
Her great character and warm personality shine through to her massage in a big way. when I am receiving a session from Ashley, I feel that she cares a great deal about her work as well as her clients. she's very detailed in the way that no sore muscle, trigger point, or pain goes unnoticed. she has like psychic powers. she's extremely hard working, knowledgeable, and a true professional in the industry. in my opinion, she seems to always be striving to learn more and expand her massage and health-related toolbox! would highly recommend, I love her and you will too.”
